Problem with decoding

My satellite receiver decodes some programs (from the VIP ALL offer) slowly and some programs are not decoded at all. I would like to ask, what can be the cause of such behavior and how to fix it?

   - Channel not decoded 783

We need more information from you.
Exactly which channels are not shown and from which satellite.
The frequency of the channel and what package it is from.
