You don't know - what is the reason?
You decided to post on the forum or address admins...

When posting, you are requested to provide the following:

Describe your problem in detail, including

1. Your username in the billing;
2. Your equipment (model of receiver, DVB card, etc) - complete your signature - https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=24581.0,
3. Emulator (MgCamd, OsCam, Cccam, etc.);
4. Protocol used for sharing - Newcamd, Cccam;
5. Your subscription;
6. Software used for sharing (emulator, plug-in), and FIRMWARE version;
