Double login

Hello!

I couldnt find info about this under FAQ so I post a question.

I have just purcahsed 2 packages (viasat nordic and canal digital nordic) and entered the information into my Ariva 102E and everything works fine.

My problem is: only 1 of the packages is active at a time - if I watch a channel on Viasat package and change to a channel in Canal Digital pack - it is scrambled unless I go disconnect server 1 login to other - this is quite annoying. Is there a possibility to have them both logged on? I have only 1 reciever and do not plan to have more. Is it the dual-logon option that has to be activated? I neither use PIP nor will watch one channel and record another.

As for your receiver, you need no dual-login as your receiver does not have 2-tuners onboard.
As for one active package at a time- this is a problem of your receiver's firmware.

I see I have made a mistake when choosing a package - I could have chosen VIP ULTRA for same price and all channels - I guess there is one password for it ...

If I suspend something, do I lose money and the month or can I reactivate it later and start 30 days from reactivation day?

One more question does this ULTRA package include Viasat HD nordic and Canal Digital HD nordic?? .. Because it says the include both bot not sure if HD is there.

No, you will not lose your money. You can reactivate it later any time.
