Hello
All was well until my new suscription started yesterday vip all.
(old subscriptin was sky uk worked no problems)
I cut and pasted new cws lines deleted the old ones .
At first TCM HD opened Sky uk but no other sky uk channels cleared.
Now not even TCM HD clears but all non scrambled channels in uk ie bbc work fine
Dish test fine on analyser.
all other satelitte channels fine (openbox s11 other than cws nothing else changed)
Can you tell me what is the problem?
Is it at your end?

Last night I tried my sat open box s11 using newcam 5.2 on another internet provider
still using server server_312.All uk channels clearded-
then I conected my internet ADSL no sky uk
but all other Vip full work work fine.
Today I tried the second internet ADSL this time no sky uk but all the other
satelites still work.
There must be something wrong at you end.
Can you help?

There is nothing wrong at our end, otherwise half of the forum would claim against it.
As you see by yourself, you have SkyUK cleared with one internet connection but not cleared with the other one. So, this is not a problem of our server (if you doubt, you may change it via the billing), but with your receiver and MgCamd in particular. We recommend using MgCamd 1.35(a). You just described your protocol (newcamd 5.25), this is not enough for receiver to work. I also need to know - which emulator is used in your receiver?
