Those NC+ channels are propably the most important on the packages right now, due to Premier League and Champions League coverage on next season. This means they are very valuable for customers, I personally would consider quitting if moderators would be unable to find solution...

Last post by bosseparnevik - 25 May 2025, 20:12:21I experience a lot of stops with channels in the Allente package. I've tried with TV4 for example.. I'm pretty sure it's not a local network problem and not a satellite signal issue. Anyone else that experience problems?

I also wrote to the administrator, I also called the bank to see if everything is fine and they say it is.
I pay with a VISA bank card and everything works until I enter the card details and then confirm it, it works for a while and then it says: error, payment was rejected or canceled!
I have tried everything, another web browser, direct links from the admin for payment, a second VISA card, I have also tried payment via mobile phone and also via PC and still nothing. Nothing is rejected or blocked in the bank. I am desperate.
