Dear friend,
2 or 3 weeks it have started my problem, when my connection down first (newcamd). I have had AB Cryptobox 550HD. Both servers (server_312 and server_39) were disconnected. After some minutes it will be ok, but it randomly repeated.  I tried to solve it through Cccam, but without success. I decided buy new reciever (AB Cryptobox 650HD), but problem has not been resolved. Now I'm connected to Cccam, and connection is ok for 2 to 20 minutes. Then it down again, and server are disconnected for some minutes. If servers were constantly disconnected, then I knew that my server or account settings is wrong. But i don't know what can I do in my situation, when connection is "only" unstable.

Hi,
I think, both receivers are identical and have about 40 ports onboard. From the description of other users, I understood that only first 10 ports of 40 (!!!) can be setup properly. Try to add only one server (the main one) without adding the other one (backup) using newcamd protocol.
For more information, use "Search" option at the home-page of the forum typing AB Cryptobox in the search window and you will see which problems are faced by other users.

For two years everything is ok so i think count of port isn't cause probably (for SkyLink HD 23E). I forgot to write, that when i send ping to main server system report failed for most of the time, when i send ping to backup server everything is ok, but it is still disconnected. Ater 10 or 15 minutes it will connect.
I tried add only main server but without success. Problem is still here. :(

In this case, contact your internet provider and ask him to check the route to the server. Always use only main server, not backup one, if you cannot use both servers.
