Kinowelt TV has started on a new transponder (12032MHz) currently in addition to the existing transmission on 10921MHz (see http://en.kingofsat.net/detail-kinowelt.php - Astra) with SID 0196 (decimal number = 406)
The transponder is already used by some other Sky channels (like Sky Cinema SD or Sky Krimi) and is using DVB-S2 standard. Because Sky claimed to switch all transmissions to S2 standard and already switched most channels to DVB-S2-transponders its most likely that transmission on 10921MHz will end soon.
I Expect this will also happen to the other channels on 10921MHz like AXN Action (SD), Romance TV and A&E-Germany but by now only Kinowelt TV has started on a DVB-S2 transponder.
Currently the new channel is not decoded by CS-server. On my system it looks like SID 0196 (hex) was formerly used by a pay-per-view channel of Sky, so it might be blocked by the server.
