My client are is receiving this message below, but I have checked his subscription is valid. I have tried disabling and re enabling his account, but the message is still coming up. How can I clear this?

Connection to the port without valid subscription detected. Be sure that your emulator settings are compliant with those specified in the billing, "My subscription section". Violation of rule No.1

You have to thoroughly check port numbers added to the config-file of your client.
E.g. Your client has VIP-lalala subscription. It includes the following ports:
But in newcamd.list (for example), there are the following ports added:
The port 10005 is not valid for this subscription, but it is valid for other subscription (VIP-blablabla). That is why you receive this message.
I am sure, one port in your client's newcamd.list (or whatever where port numbers are added) is extra and it is not included in the subscription available.
