this is happening regularly now. I am being blocked, the only ip address that I am using is 89.29.174.198 and never 178.236.124.71. I have 8 ports open at the moment and none of them are 20142 or 20043 and how the hell do I contact Billing administration

Most probably that you were hacked. You need to urgently contact Moderator.
