Hi,

I am experiencing a strange problem. The Viasat channel TV3+ generally works fine, except when they are showing Champions League and Premier Leauge football - Then it just show black screen. Is it a error from my side or is it a known problem?

The problem fixed. Please check it when you watch next football matches and write here if the problem comes back.

Yes, old problem is back. Just when football has started on Tv3+, 26 min ago, channel went black. Package VIP ALL.

Channel: TV 3+
SID: 0852 (2130d)
CAID@IDENT: 093E@000000

As for TV3 Puls, it stopped working on 8th of April and been pitch black since then.

What kind of news are you expecting from us? Last post re: this issue was dated April, 12. No log-file, no signatures from other users. When the problem arises, please tell us immediately. If you just wait and do nothing, but just asking "Any news?", the problem will not be solved by itself. We need some kind of confirmation. Danishface, you are an experienced user, you are not a newcomer, and you must know what to so in this case- not just crying, but attach log-file. It will be shown to the Moderator and will help to solve the problem (if any) faster.

P.S. TV3+ and TV3 Plus are different channels. Which channel is meant in your case? As far as I know, TV3+ is working without problem.
