Good afternoon Suma
As you remember I am Seaman on board the ship,
using 3G mobile internet. account Grisha.
I can't open the channels,
There is no problem with internet, recever is
downloading applications online, but can't open channels.
I have checked rules violations for account Grisha,
following warning comes:
Last connection to the server was registered at 11:47:05 (CET)
from IP address 149........... (GB)
0Current connections
749Total of connections per day
Connections by emulators:
252 - generic
497 - mgcamd
IMPORTANT! Connections using different emulators detected. Be sure that your login and password are used for the only receiver. Also be sure that your receiver runs the only emulator.
In case that several emulators are installed, only one of the emulators to have status "Running" with the run type "Auto"!
Violation of rule No.9
This means that I am banned?
I am using only one receiver, since
before and made no changes in the setting.
Since yesterday no channels.
As you know we using different 3G mobile sim cards
due to we are traiding in norther europe.
Can this be the reason?

Hi, are you reading the possible reasons or not? Who told you that you are banned? It is clearly stated that you have to check the number of active emulators. Must be always one emulator active. Seems that more than one emu is running on your receiver. Disable all and leave only one running and operating.

Problem is, no other emulator running.
all configurations are empty, except mgcamd.
All was fine in Belgium 2 days ago and nothing was changed since then,
but when we arrived in UK today, it doesn't opening the channels,
however there is internet, receiver downloading applications.
Anyhow, understood that problem is here,
from my side. Will try to find.

Contact Moderator to check if your subnetwork is banned or not. Have you checked ping and route from your IP?

Check the signal quality, free channels showing?

Most probably that you have no signal. Check your dish. There are no requests for decoding from your receiver
