internet speed for cardsharing 128kbps

i have to change my internet provider.
Will be my subscription VIP ALL, or  VIP ALL ULTRA working with my dreambox 500hd with speed of internet 128 kbps?
 It will be working well vithouth freezing ?

Must work with any speed. The main thing here is that internet connection shall be stable, no matter what is the speed.

when im watching tv usual 10 hours per day, than how many monthly volume data i will spend, because after when im spending 2GB my speed will be only 128kbps, before spending 2GB my speed will be 5Mb/s, i just like to now how many GB i will spend watching sharing tv 10hour per day, if you now...

Please remember that you are not downloading or uploading any data using CS. The key you receive from our server to decode the picture is coming each 10 (in some cases seconds. It is immediate action requiring minimum traffic. Just quick flash. 10 hrs x 200 kbs (average) = 2 Mb/day (x 30 days = 60 Mb!!!)
