Hello

I have now tried the new VIP ultra. Cannot test all the packages, because I do not have all the positions, but specifically on 19.2E I have issues with Canaal Digital NL. Hustler is listed in the NL package, but its not working. Can somebody confirm that Hustler is ok with VIP all Ultra.

Also Digital + Spain on 19.2E does not work (is announced in test mode in the news here). Should this be working?

If you cannot see the price for separate subscription in the billing, it means that it comes without 100% guarantee as a free bonus to VIP package.

emu softcams-mgcamd_1.38 - this is the reason of your failure. Change mgcamd, use only 1.35(a) version, delete any softcam (if any).

I try change to version 1.35 but my problem is still same. I removed my previous emulators. I dont know where is a problem.

If the problem is not in emulator (emulator problem inclusive), then it is in the firmware. Try various firmware, maybe you succeed.

Do you mean that this channel is down or do I have a config issue? After all they have a lof of different CaIDs.

Is there a sticky post that explains what is in the VIP packages and what is the status (working, test, offline)? This would save us from trying to fix config issues that are not existent. In your subsciption page all these packages are listed without comments or status.

Besides that I have to congratulate you for the service quality of the packages that are fully operational and for the fact that you now offer dual-login for Sky again.  Thumbs up!

If you click Purchase subscription(s), you will see the following:


1. The package (separate subscription) that could be purchased




2. The package that is not 100% guaranteed and could not be purchased separately, but only within some VIP package. It comes as a free bonus to VIP package (free of charge). It also means that one day, it may come, the other day- no. We do not guarantee it as it is not stable or for any other reasons not depending on us.





3. and the VIP package, where all (guaranteed or not guaranteed) packages are listed




When you see, suppose, Canal Digital or TV Vlaanderen package within VIP, please check if it is available separately and can be purchased as individual subscription. If you cannot see this package as individual subscription with the price field being empty, it means that it is a free bonus and is not 100% guaranteed.

As for Hustler, I can tell you the following. I do not have Astra satellite, only Hotbird and some other, and cannot check if the channel is working or not. But, I was told by the Moderator that there is several Hustler channels broadcasting from Astra and it is OK. Which one in particular- I have no idea. You may ask from other users who has Astra satellite - which particular Hustler channel is OK with its parameters etc. I don't think, that you bought the package just because of this one channel. (Though, who knows... people are different... )

Hustler is not down, it is working. Even 2 channels are working from Astra

Hello!

I meant down in the sense of not open in the VIP package. Hustler channel itself is up, because I see it in my log and it tries the following CaIDs:
0x0D96 Skylink
0x0D05, 0x0D95, 0x0648 Austriasat
0x1817, 0x1818, 0x1819 CANALDIGITAAL (Nagra)
0x0100 Canal+ (Mediaguard)
0x0500 Canal+ (Viaccess)

Canaldigital, Canal+ and Austriasat are not working packages in VIP. But as I found out now, Skylink is working on Astra although it is a package on 23E. For some reason they also have channels on 19,2E. So I included Skylink in the config and it worked! So now everybody can take VIP all or ultra just for this channel

These channels such as TV Vlaanderen, Canal Digital 19E, Sky Italy used to be included in the Vip Package as guaaranteed channels, not as free bonus. Because I remember well that that the package cost was still same with those channels being guaranteed and later "as free bonus".

I am interested to get VIP ALL ULTRA but afraid to get long term subscription because I am unsure whether these channels will be even removed from the package in that period. At least, do you know if there is posibility to have these above channels as guaranteed instead?
 

Ps. Also, what does it mean SKY UK with extras. What extras include (3d, adult, movies)?

OK, you can subscribe to any VIP package, but the channels without guarantee will be the channels without guarantee. Can you purchase these packages separately? No. I mean only TV Vlaanderen, Canal Digital 19E. As for SkyItalia, it is in the test mode and can be removed from VIP any time.
I don't care what was USED TO some time ago, I am telling about current state of things.
If you do not see the price of separate package in the billing, and it is included in any VIP, it means that the package comes without guarantee as a free bonus. It was always so and it is now.

To clarify once more

All nordic channels (Viasat Nordic 5E (fin+dk) and Canal Digital Nordic HD 1W ) are included in VIP All ultra. Could not fins Canal Digital Nordic in the list
