Streaming

Hello Suma,
                   A quick question because I can see you guys have been very busy this week putting fires out...

If I was to stream to my computer when travelling would that be considered against the rules and would I risk getting banned?

If you are sure that nobody is watching TV at your home when you stream, you may use streaming. If not - you may watch only the same channel that is watched at home. Otherwise, you are going to be banned.
