How did you connect your receivers? Do you have 1 dish only? How many LNB are there on the dish?

You will always have this, because you connected 2 receivers to the dish in parallel for 2 different satellites and using only 1 cable.

If you connect only 1 receiver at a time- it will be OK. But for 2 receivers, you need 2 (Twin) LNB.
