Polsat Sport Extra HD, Polsat film HD are not working... Could you please let me know why ? SD versions are ok...

I feel cheated because there was no information about those missing channels before I bought the package! I bought  CYFROWY POLAST for Viasat exclusive channels and I don't have them!  Is there a possibility to change my subscribtion to Cyfra+ HD 13E bacause of that situation ? I am using server 2.

We should be know before buy the subscribtion  that we don't have access for those channels...many channels.

We are sorry, guys, but we can do nothing with Polsat.

Individual Polsat subscribers may send e-mail to the Moderator with request to return the remaining balance and buy anything else. Partially, some channels can be opened with VIP Poland subscription (Platforma N, for example). As soon as our contract with Polsat is changed, all channels will be available again. Currently, we cannot promise you that it will be tomorrow or after 1-2 days. When time permits...
