Have a strange error on the channel TV2 syd Have a subscription to both viasat Nordic and canal digital nordic. All channels called TV2 north, east etc works - but TV2 syd does not work. Both have problem on 1" west (canal digital Nordic) and also on 4,8 east (Viasat Nordic - also a issue before the current situation where all Danish channels are gone)
Have a different receiver with VIP ALL where the TV2 syd channel works. Is there a way to create a log file ?

I have been unable to find the software called http://3csyslog.software.informer.com/1.0/(the homepage seems to be down??) . Can it be downloaded somewhere here on the site ?

Looking at your earlier post, I see that TV2 syd is (was) working. Or, you mean other CS-server?

On the dreambox I have VIP all, TV2 syd is working. Can see that on both dreamboxes I have, 1 of the servers is similar on both - and the 2nd server is different on each box. Guess I am not allowed to post the servers here

I need no more logs. I am trying to understand why it is not working for you.
1. Do you have 2 receivers at home?
2. Do you have different subscriptions for both receivers?
3. Do you use different login-password for each receiver?

1. Do you have 2 receivers at home? Yes - 2 different recivers. One with VIP all (where tv2 syd is working), and then canal digital package on the other reciever where Tv2 syd does not work
2. Do you have different subscriptions for both receivers? - Yes 2 different subscriptions. VIP all and canal digital
3. Do you use different login-password for each receiver? - yes, there are 2 different accounts.

The canal digital package is running on Dm500 - where it does not work tv2 syd

Check and compare images (firmware) on both receivers, settings, etc.
Everything must be identical.
Otherwise, change packages between the receivers and see the results. These are your receivers and you have to better know - why is the channel working on one receiver and does not work on the other.
This is not a problem of the server, you see it by yourself.
P.S. Show log-file of the channel (and receiver) which is not working. We'll analyze it.
