RTL HD, VOX HD, N24HD, etc not decoding!

please help,
i purchased a 3 month account for sky germany, RTL HD VOX HD N24HD and some more HD-Channels are not decoding. Please help,thx

very simple answer: RTL, Vox, N24 and all the other HD-Plus channels are not included in Sky Germany subscription but you can order HD-Plus via Billing Center separately in addition to Sky Germany. Sky Germany offers to decode HD-Plus channels via Sky-cards - but this option is only available for the NDS/Videoguard-cards (CAID 09c4/v13-card and 098c/v14-card) of Sky Germany, not via the Nagra-cards (CAID 1833) still used by the server for Sky decoding.

Take a look at the VIP-packages: VIP-Astra costs the same as Sky Germany and HD-Plus (67,20$/year) but also include ORF/AustriaSat and MTVs

I just purchased 12 months yesterday and thought Pro 7 HD and the other channels that where linked before you buy (http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/Sky-Deutschland.html), are included! 
Is there no way to decode this? I'm running a HTPC with DVB-Viewer.
And if it's not possible, can I change my subscribtion?

I am sorry for you, but this is obviously a false information from that Lyngsat-page. Even if its possible to use the NDS-cards of Sky-Germany to decode HD-Plus channels these channels are not part of the Sky-Germany package.
But no reason to complain, as I already wrote you can get a HD-Plus subscription via the Billing Center and use it beside your Sky-Germany subscription. The HD-Plus package is charged with 1$/month up to 9,60$/year.
