$60 Stuck in Liqpay account & $63.00 payment gone where?

I followed the tutorial linking my card to Liqpay. I then deposited $60 in liqpay. I now realise that this balance in Liqpay can be used for nothing and I cannot withdraw this back to the card.

Additionally I made a $63 payment via Interkassa (Liqpay option) and though that this might take funds from the balance above in the Liqpay account but it has taken this from my card (I have an SMS confirming this). As yet no sign that my balance has been updated in my Cardsharing account.

Now I have an email from Onpay saying I successfuly created a new payment order for 174.25 (no Idea what currency)!!?

Totally confused! Please help.

Seems that you totally ignored our tutorials, descriptions, manuals, etc. Sorry, guy, contact support service of the systems you paid through.

Yes, $63 on 29/10/13 has been paid to Cardsharing.cc via Liqpay and yet no balance in our account. Please advise. Thank you.

So, address your claims to Liqpay or Onpay support. You see that payment has not reached your balance. It means that cardsharingserver.com has never received it before. We recommend using Upay system, and you can read description on the forum.

Are you serious??? Firstly Liqpay never reply to emails. Secondly, you will see the Onpay reference and "To the site: http://www.cardsharingserver.com/ Payment for: http://www.cardsharingserver.com/".

How do customers feel like renewing subscriptions with so little help? I have used your services for some time and would prefer a little more help.

I agree with you that you prefer some help. But we are not payment system. If you saw  the Onpay reference and "To the site: http://www.cardsharingserver.com/ Payment for: http://www.cardsharingserver.com/", it does not mean that your payment has reached the destination. It only means that THEY are going to transfer the amount you paid. If we receive any payment, it is immediately (maybe, some minutes - but not hours or days!!! seen in the billing - balance has been deposited. If not - contact THEIR support and kick their ass - by asking them- where is your payment?!
I know, it depends on the banks they contact and check when you pay. But it is always THEY (payment system), not WE- recepients, who shall care about any transfers between them and us.
One more thing. If your payment will not reach cardsharingserver.com, it will be back to your card after some time, as bank can reject the payment.
So, I suggest that you shall knock at the door of the payment system support and ask THEM to provide you with confirmation that your payment reached recipient (cardsharingserver.com). If they do not provide you with such confirmation, take some more official actions against them.
