Not necessary, if your subscription starts from tomorrow and finished today (for example). You just prolong it without interruption. But, if your subscription finished 2 days ago, and a new one will start tomorrow, you need to delete old settings from config files, wait till 6AM (Moscow time) and activate it only after this time.
