Account suspended for mistaken refund?

Got blank screen for 2 days now, just noticed this in my account this morning:
Refund mistaken transaction (Onpay id: XXXXXXX, date: 2012.06.12)

My account had then a negative account, I dont understand what happened, can you shed some light on that?

I added more funds to get that sorted asap, can I get unblocked now?

Hi
Those users whose balance is negative must deposit some amount to make it positive. Onpay had a system failure and instead of RUR, they charged USD.

Ok, that makes more sens enow.
Also my account got unblocked after 24H I thought it was every hours.
