"Jhon123" subscription NOT ACTIVATED! (login Failed)

Hi,
My account name is "jhon123" my email is "jhon123@email.ru"
I have purchased a 3 days subscription for sky italia yesterday and today after tryng to use my subscription I'm was banned.
First I have tried with acamd with newcamd protocol after with oscam with same protocol but ever "Login Failed".
As you can will see I'm not new in your system so I know your rule.
I'm a little dissapointed for this situation.
Please tel me what I have to do and please consider this problem in the time of my subscription.

Hello,
If you are not new to our server and know the rules, make signature.
There is no problem with SkyItalia.
You also have to know that all posts without signature and log-file are ignored.
So, complete your signature and show log-file.

I have noticed that the settings are changed and now:

Please restart receiver and try to connect again, we'll check

Add the settings (port XXX64) and your info, we don't see connectio to SI port from you

Only a question I have noticed that sky3d don't works...why? This channel is comprised in all package subscription like yours.

3D doesnot work neither in Sky Italia, nor in SkyUK, we need separate subscription.

ah ok, but there will be a possibility to subscribe this channel, like an option, would be very interesting.

When anything new appears on the server, we announce in News and Announcements section. So, keep your eye on that topic frequently and post your proposal in the corresponding topic (Your proposals...). We never ignore proposals of our users and if it is possible, follow them.

Only for information but about the sky3d Italy channel I can confirm that if you have all the package activated in your subscription well you have only to ask and will be activated without any surplus, if you have only a partial subscription you have to pay for the activation.
