Subscription becomes active as soon you connect the server.
1. You subscribed
2. You entered details provided in the billing to your settings
3. You connect the server (switch ON your receiver) and watch.
Probably, you have connected before time or you entered wrong login or password. Check your settings in receiver and the line(s) provided in the billing. Be very attentive because all symbols are case sensitive.
In the server log, it was mentioned that your login was failed when you connected the server. This can be the reason of these two failures.
