I have bought two subscription  UPC CZ/SK on my login wixman1, one camd3 for dreambox and another newcamd525 for openbox S9 HD and I was banned for cascading and have lost 60$ . I think this is realy unfair from service provider. It was done without any warning . Is it any chance review that decision?

1. I never saw your posts regarding the packages mentioned or any problems. Shall i think that everything was OK with you and you never needed assistance?
2. You never completed your profile (I ask every user without signature to complete it).
3. You never show log-files on the packages work.
4. Have you ever take a 3-day test to check if there is a problem with packages (or your equipment) before bying full subscription?
5. Were you satisfied with the server work in general?
6. Newcamd 525 and Camd3 is not sufficient to describe your equipment. You need to specify - which EMU (emulator) is used with your Openbox S9 HD?
and so on and so on...
What was done without any warning?
Shall we warn every user that if he violates the server rules - he will be banned? We warn every time and each user who addressed us any time before. You never addressed none of the moderators, because this is your first message on the forum. I don't believe that suddenly you've got ban.

The post was addressed to Ariva 200 HD owners, but i think that it must be addressed to Openbox S9 owners too, as well as to those who does not follow the rules of our server.
If everybody has only ONE receiver in the world, there is no problem at all. You know that a lot of receivers and clones are manufactured and every user shall learn how to use it correctly. This is not a table lamp which can only be switched on and work. Any equipment requires correct settings. This is not our blame that you don't want to learn your equipment and follow simple rules of the forum.

Hello Suma

I had bought  few 3 days tests and everything was fine , that way I never asked any questions. I have bought about 6 subscribtions on diferent logins UPC direct HD from your server and I never had any problems. Ok it is fair  if Openbox S9HD is coursing problem to be switched off but way another dreambox DM 500s  which I was using with same login must go as well?

There is configuration of my receivers, which been switched off. Can you please let me know what is wrong with them because I would like to avoid same problem in the future?

I don't know what is wrong with them, because there is no log-file. Typically, log files are analyzed by the Moderator to identify the problem in settings, EMU, etc, if any.
I can only guess that you used camd3 protocol for newcamd subscription and vice versa when checking the work of your receivers.
I will explain - when you subscribed for 1 login, you specified the protocol to be used in the billing (for example, camd3).
When you subscribed for 2 login- you specified another protocol (e.g. newcamd).
Have you checked your logins using both receivers when your subscription stopped working?
Maybe the settings for the both protocols were confused and mixed up? I don't know. I only guess that you mixed your subscriptions bought for various receivers using different protocols.
