Refund

All financial questions including: deleting unnecessary account or subscription and refund - have to be addressed to the Moderator of the server and forum.
Please send your requests and refund issues to moderator at cardsharing.cc
Be noted that PM (private message) option of the Moderator via the forum is disabled. Contact with the Moderator is only via e-mail.
Please be noted that if the package cannot be purchased individually and it is a bonus to VIP ALL (or any other VIP) package, it comes without 100% guarantee. No claims are accepted.
Administration cannot guarantee the work of the packages included into any VIP package as bonus (i.e. the packages which cannot be purchased individually). Refund for any VIP package based on work or failure of a single package, regardless of whether it is included in the VIP package or was deleted from the VIP package, cannot be the ground for refund of the whole VIP package.
