Cccam protocol via MgCamd emulator settings

Due to https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=33316.0, please follow the instructions below to set up your receiver:

1. Don't change newcamd.list, leave it as it is
2. Create cccamd.list in the same directory where newcamd.list and mg_cfg are located
3. Go to the billing, My subscription
4. Under the table with your subscription details, you will see Settings for emulator CCCAM for Cccam protocol. Click settings for Cccam protocol. You will need C line (there are two C lines - with the main and back-up server).
5. Copy both C lines and paste to cccamd.list
6. In mg_cfg file, change G parameter from 01 to 32
7. Note: in your receiver, MgCamd must be active.
8. Reboot MgCamd emulator. That's all you need.
Note: MgCamd version 1.35.
