Problem UPC Direct

You provided a screenshot of UNKNOWN CHANNEL. What we are talking about?
Which particular channels do not work for you? And why only you tell about UPC Direct, all other users keep silence.
Nobody proved your words or disaproved them. What shall we fix? The package that is working for others but not working for you?
When I see here other users confirmation that some particular channel is not working, and log-file provided, I will be able to give response. At the moment, I trust more xtruex admin than you.
