You have problems because you use mgcamd 1.38 which is not recommended for use with our server. Use mgcamd 1.35(a)

Yes the whole package, i check also this morning but all the sky IT channel are black.

Only Sky calcio 1 don't work  :-\

Yes now work. Yesterday, at champions league time, Sky Calcio 1 not work, but the next time i send you the log  ;)

I hope you add soon the others sub-package (FAMILY and 3D). Your server is the best!

No, you do not see any of the three channels CULT CINEMA HD.

The channel you should see is Cult Cinema HD (12092H-29900-3/4)

You can see the channel instead CULT CINEMA (not HD)

You do not even see the three channels CINEMA +1 HD (but at least for me, is not important)

I'm a new owner of VIP ALL Package but Sky IT don't work. On all channels I receive timeout-messages. Is that problem existing on all users? Other packages areworking well only on Sky IT all channels are getting timeout.

We have investigated the problem.
cw-dw responses are very smooth and response time is good. Cards are not the reason for freezes, cause log file does not show any freezes at all, everything is OK. We think that this is something from provider- either unstable signal, or something else. This is not a cardsharing problem, we think- the problem is on provider side.

There still a problem with Fox, national and other channels , some days is working and some not.

Hi Im having probem getting this to work for SKY IT.

I am using ProgDVB 6.72.05 in combination with CSC 4.0.0.2
I does work with other paccages. There are asked for log files where can I find these? and how can I create these?

Either ProgDVB is not good or CSC plugin version is wrong.
1. Try to change CSC - use other versions.
2. If you fail, change ProgDVB. Use DVB Dream or some other software.

I did manage to make it work with DvbDream and CSC 4.0.0.1, however I am allso using IPTV which at the moment isnt supported by DvbDream.
IPTV has at the moment higher priority for me.
