Hi,

I am running out of my subscription for Cyfra+HD and Polsat Cyfrowy HD soon. I would like to buy VIP Poland.
I am curious if both packets contain the same channels as individually? Do you offer full packet for all three platforms?(Cyfra+HD, Polsat Cyfrowy HD and Platforma n)? Is there any chance to transfer my current individual subscription finishing on the 10th and 18th July 2012 into new one as from tomorrow? For instance if I buy subscription for 6 months, will I get the 7th for the last month with individual subscription?

Hi,
The content of the packages is the same as if you have individual subscriptions.
You may cancel your current subscriptions sending e-mail to the Moderator with request to refund and buy the new one, or ask him to change all your subscriptions into one general VIP Poland.

Suma,

Moderator is on holiday and my message was deleted. I bought VIP Poland already and would like to cancel individual ones. Can you do it for me or should I wait when moderator is back?
