They should not. They are not Finnish channels.

(Finnish channels + discovery, history and so on?)

I mean that in the billing, it is clearly stated (fin) - that means that only Finnish channels are included in VIIHDE HD + MTV3 package (i.e. the channels marked with Fi) in http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/canaldigital.html

but NRK1 +2 HD is working, thats why it is strange that NRK3 is not working...

If these channels are not Fi (Finnish) and working, they are not guaranteed. We can do nothing with non-Finnish channels. Today they may work, and tomorrow- no. We care only about Finnish subscription as our card can open only Finnish channels.
