All servers in maintenance

Hello there!

Are all servers still in unscheduled maintenance?

There's a message in NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS and for most of my users in the resellers account the skylink doesn't work yet.
Shall we search for any problems or is it because of the maintenance?

Any expectations, when should it finish?

Unscheduled maintenance is not complete yet. You will see the announcement after completion of works.
SkyLink is working. What kind of problems your users have?
What is their equipment (receiver), EMU used, where is their log-files?

Hello Suma, Thx for reply.

Most of them are using Ariva 102E (202E, 120) + newcamd. There is no log.
They get black screen without warning like "scrambled".
Newcamd's status is succesfully connected, that means port + login + pass are correct.
It was working fine before the unscheduled maintenance announcement.

When I try to connect to the server with one of their usernames with oscam, I can see that some reply comes, but the video won't decode.

On the Ariva 102E I can see MGCamd client too. Should I try this instead od newcamd?

You need to change firmware or change receivers.

Using MGCamd client on the Ariva 102E is problematic too?

I have ever used only the newcamd client.

BTW. No one of my users is blacklisted yet. Most of them use there Ariva receivers (but 102E).

I am not speaking about your users, they are not blacklisted. But receiver of Ariva type IS. Use MGCamd client, it is recommended. However, nobody knows whether you have success or fail.
If they fail and your users will have black screen instead of picture, advice is - to change FIRMWARE of receiver or change RECEIVER itself, as it is blacklisted. Your users are using their Ariva receivers at their own risk and nobody will guarantee them good and proper sharing.
