I have blocked account, but I have paid

Sorry for my wrong English.
I have the same problem.
My account was 10 sec working and after that blocked.
Test working before that works very well.
But now blocked my home IP and come  this email.

Start of disability: 2013-01-29 19:50:00 CET (Central European Time) End of disability: 2013-01-29 21:50:00 CET (Central European Time)
Reason:
Connection to the server without valid subscription:  1) one or more subscriptions are over; 2) one or more subscriptions have not started yet (untimely connection with your subscription which is not active yet, connection earlier than 6:00 AM (Moscow time) of the date specified in the billing; 3) untimely connection to a new server (<60 minutes since the server has been changed in the billing); 4) connection to the old server XXX after it has been changed to a new server YYY; 5) connection using wrong protocol (protocol has been changed in the billing, however, the changes have not been taken effect yet. Nearest 6:00 AM (Moscow time) has not come yet.

But I cant find solution, when pages not work from home (notebook).

And can you tell me which specific reason (from 5 reasons) cause this?
I do not want that to happen again.
When anybody from my village receive ban. Stop works complete village?


I hawe tested this on my second STB "AB IPBox HD55"

Hi, set up your OsCam properly. All bans are resulted from wrong settings, or use MgCamd 1.35.
You have tested your subscription on different receivers? Have you disconnect your 1st receiver, when testing the 2nd one? Or you just used the same settings for the both receivers?

3) I have paid and change on the same STB  user, pass, port and deskey
4) restart STB -> ban

but i have checked your site and i have diferent reader settings

These settings look more for camd3 rather than for newcamd. Are you sure you are using right settings? For newcamd, you need CWS line, i don't see it in your settings.
Unfortunately, i am not a specialist for oscam settings. You need to consult the people who know how it is adjusted.

Dear all,

At 11 May 2013 I did my prolongation of my subscription of Skylink HD for next 6 months. At the moment I have black screen, no channels working. I have checked my subscription and realised that end date of subscription is correct - 11 November 2013 but starting date is somehow 8 June 2013, but should be 11 May 2013. It should be obvious that I should have 6 months, also based on my transaction history, and I did not change any dates. Could you please help me on this topic or link me to relevant forum/person or do you need any more information ?
