Channel problem

Hi Suma,

I bought this package yesterday and input all the details but nothing happens. I can log on to the server no problem Caid ok etc. However when I go to the channels I do not see ECM sent key recieved or nothing it just stays dormant. It's as if the ports are wrong though I'm sure the information is right from your end and I've checked a few times my end too. All the channels that should clear have good reception so I'm not sure what the problem is. Any ideas?

I've checked around the forums etc but couldn't see anything blatant I may have missed.

I can't do a log file with my box unfortunately to try and help us.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi, I think, you have to ask these questions from Protek receiver users. This is a problem of firmware
