Hi, everything was fine with HD +. Now since 1 Week, HD+ is freezing. I can watch a channel for about 10secs, than it is freezing and i have to switch channels...Are there currently problems with HD+?

Now it is not working at all...Sky DE is working without any problems...Why HD+ is not working?

Hi,
Where is your log-file? You are the only person on the forum who claims re: HD+
It means that you have to check your firmware, use our recommended config files. Who knows why HD+ is not working for you?

Hi, first of all thanks for the answer...I don´t know where to get the log file...I am using your recommended Settings since 3/4 Year and everything was fine. And i changed nothing and it suddenly starts freezing etc...So i think there mist be a problem at your side...But that is just a guess...
Maybe you can tell me where i can find a log file...

From your log-file, I don't see thay you are connected to the server and receiving the keys.
Please pay attention to https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=32632.0 how log-file shall look like - there are 2 samples in case of successfull connection and failed connection.
If your receiver successfully connected to the server, you must have something like this
Sep 07 16:29:21 192.168.1.33 cw0:0 CC 15 FE DF 99 20 88 41
Sep 07 16:29:21 192.168.1.33 cw1:0 DC 31 CA D7 53 82 8A 5F
and if you failed connecting to the server, sample looks like this:

Sep 07 16:43:17 192.168.1.33 [mg0] network can't decode

In your case, I don't see neither of the options.
Seems that you have NO SIGNAL from satellite.
Be sure that your satellite dish is fine tuned and there is a signal. Check it, please.

Hmm that's strange because I can watch other channels like normal German TV oder Sky Germany Normal and HD Channels...Only HD+ is not working...
But I just checked the signal and I really have no signal on a HD+ Channel...But on on all other Channels I have like 14.0dB Signal...
Do I have to adjust my dish?

But Why do i have i signal at 14dB on other Channels?! I don´t get it...

This is your dish and you have to better know - why... Probably, it is tuned so that some transponders (with stronger signal) are good, and the other ones (with weaker signal) - are not.
