Hello,
I made some tests on my dm500's and by mistake i loaded the keys on both my receivers.I did erase them from the second one, since you send me an e-mail about the rules violation.That was before 3 days.But ever since and although i made the action you keep cutting off my subscription with a tag 'Reason: Frequent reconnections to the server (>10 times per 10 minutes. Make sure that your login is used only for 1 device and emulator is not activated twice, check timeout and network settings)'. What is going on? I'm not violating any rules and you cut off my subscription every 30 minutes. Also in the e-mail's that you send me the IP that's listed is not mine.So please check it out.

2. Even if you deleted the keys or CS information from the second receiver, server already banned you. Have you restarted emulator after you deleted the keys? Maybe receiver is going on sending your login-password to the server?
