Hey guys i just got an email from u that my ip got disabled cos of the following:
Start of disability: 2011-10-17 07:40:00 CET (Central European Time)
End of disability: 2011-10-17 09:40:00 CET (Central European Time)
Reason:
Connection to the server without valid subscription: 1) one or more subscriptions are over; 2) one or more subscriptions have not started yet (untimely connection with your subscription which is not active yet, connection earlier than 6:00 AM (Moscow time) of the date specified in the billing; 3) untimely connection to a new server (<60 minutes since the server has been changed in the billing); 4) connection to the old server XXX after it has been changed to a new server YYY; 5) connection using wrong protocol (protocol has been changed in the billing, however, the changes have not been taken effect yet. Nearest 6:00 AM (Moscow time) has not come yet.
i connected to the right time, it was like 7:00 am that is like 9:00am moscow time and the subscription started today 17.10.2011 so what did i wrong ...
but also the server didnt work so i changed the server and i dont know when i really connected to the server but i dont think it was wrong?
So what will happen now when can i use this again and am i banned forever or will i be able to use it after a while????

You had to wait for 1 hour when new server becomes active. You just changed the server and tried to connect. Now, deposit the amount equal to 1 WMZ (1 USD) to your balance and penalty will be charged automatically.
As you said, " i changed the server" - you did not see warning - when you have to connect. You ignored the warning and got banned.

Oh well ya u right i changed the server and then i was conectng to it straight away sry i didnt see the warning oh ok now i can realize why so now i just have to pay 1 dollor for the penalty? and can i conecct now or do i have to wait until ive payed ?

1. You have to deposit 1 USD and wait until it appears in your balance
2. Billing system will automatically charge the penalty
3. Connection is possible after 6 AM (Moscow time)
