Will i be able to view the Al Jazeera Sport channels with my Sky UK dish pointing at Astra 28E?

No. Astra satellite is located at 28 East position, Hotbird satellite with Al Jazeera Sport channels - at 13 East position. They are different satellites. You need 2nd dish.
