Hi suma,

I did pay (at 15.9.) money thru InterKassa - oooPay, but my credit has not been updated. My stupid bank did validate the transaction after 1.5 day (17.9.). The identification number of transaction on oooPay is #19683.

I need to solve this problem. Thanks for helping.

InterKassa told me about transaction history on LiqPAY. There is no transaction joined to my phone number I specified at transaction entering. But, workflow of payment did go thru oooPay.

I don't know, where is my payment now.

At 15.9., system redirect me to oooPay. Curently system redirects me to InterKassa, where I can select payment method. How it is possible? Is it OK that system uses different payment workflow day by day?

Have you read the NOTE under the icons of VISA, MasterCard and Liqpay when selecting the above payment method?
Important! This merchant only for clients from EASTERN EUROPE and CIS. Clients from Western EU should use another merchant (FreeKassa).
InterKassa is linked to Liqpay, correct. InterKassa merchant is for users from the Eastern Europe (including YOU).
FreeKassa is the main merchant for users from Western Europe and they operate through OOOPAY.
I don't understand, if you paid via InterKassa, you would have to be forwarded to Liqpay payment system.
If you were forwarded to OOOPAY, then you paid through FreeKassa, and this is not the option for you.

I try to use ooopay but to top up account by visa/maste card you need to use yandex.ru and always have same message  ''You've exceeded the limit for payments from this card. Try using another card if you have one.'' I try to use 2 cards visa and mastercard and nothing.

Yes I know, I read all post. And try to help you find solution because 3 of my clients already watching darkens and soon another 3. If you look on ebay you can find lots of auctions ''12 months gift'' ''enigma suport service'' etc. So maybe its solution. I ca even help you with paypal account and ebay auctions if you need.

PayPal is useless, a large amount is still locked...

Do you know why we do not want PayPal? Because, in case of refund, PayPal initiates investigation. If they get to know what kind of service we provide, they will lock our account and the amount available will be locked too.
In case of credit cards, it's quite another story. It is more anonymous and refunds go without problem.
Anyway, send your proposals and options to the Moderator for his review and consideration.

Typically, if money do not arrive to destination (your account), it will return back to your card after 2-3 working days. Use Bitcoins for payment (read the topic re: bitcoins), it works for all users

If you were redirected to oooPay, then contact oooPay's support and ask them? We are not Interkassa, we are not oooPay. Each payment system has it's own support. Please contact the support service of the payment system you used.

I contact oooPay support, they ask me for photo of my card. I don't understand why, I have oooPay transaction number and I sent it to oooPay support. No solution from oooPay yet.

Is it possible to check the transaction from CS side to your merchant? Somebody has my money, hasn't?

.what a performance ....had to send Spicepay a picture of myself holding my driving license next to my head...and elect bill.
