tvheadend says "cwc: serv3 will not forwartd EMMs (not allowed by server)

Hello,

I am using tvheadend and xbmc to watch tv. I am new to your server and have subscribed a few days ago the Sky Germany and HD+ package.

When I now configure tvheadend to connect to your server the following log appears and the channels are not open:

To start with:

2. Without signature and detail description what is used, it is not possible to understand where is your problem.

The only thing I know for sure that there is no problem with SkyDe and HD+ on the server(s).
