I just bought (few hours ago) a subscription from card sharing server (VIP All Ultra). Under my subscription I can see info: "The package is not active yet" and I can't view my settings under subscriptions.
1. Does it need to be activated by administrator or it's automated? How long this usually takes?
Hi,
Read FAQ, you will find info re: server rules, dates of start and end of subscription, etc.
https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=17525.msg40718#msg40718https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=281.0Subscription becomes active just immediately, depending on the date of subscription start selected in the billing. It means that you selected wrong date (not, say, 27.05.2015, but 28 or even later). Be more attentive when selecting the dates.
2. I'm very new to SAT receivers etc. I bought Vu+ Duo 2 and loaded Black Hole 2.1.6 on it. Which protocol is more stable and I will be able to use it with my current subscription?
Read FAQ re: protocols and emulators recommended for use with our server
https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=28915.03. Do you have a link to post where I can find step by step guide how I can configure recommended protocol on VU+ Duo 2 receiver?
Unfortunately, we do not provide our users with step-by-step guides how to set up particular receiver. There is a million models of receivers and it is physically impossible to write such tutorials. However, we have HARDWARE sub-forum where various receiver models are discussed.
https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=34.0You can find information re: VU+ receivers using the link provided and read what is asked and suggested re: your model in particular.
Additionally, read Emulators&Plugins sub-forum
https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?board=60.0 and find any helpful information re: emulator settings. Also, use our recommended config files provided in the sub-forum.

P.S. Before buying full subscription, it is good to take a free or at least paid 3-day test in order to adjust your receiver. You did everything quite the opposite way. Well, read the forum and if you have any additional questions, post them following our request
