as you see in the logfile: of course I read the news and switched to caid 09c4 - what was never active advised here in the forum and on the news-page of billing center (it was simply available on my subscriptions within the configuration).

SkyDE changed encryption and obviously (regarding runtime of a codeword doubled in time) you get thte codewords from external source - fine with me as long as it is not freezing (max. time about 600ms). At the beginning/after the changes of SkyDE it was not working fine with many freezers, than you solved the problem and it was fine, now there is a problem again. What do you expect from us ? ohhh there is a problem with SkyDE be happy with a complete picture every 30 minutes ? Of course customers complain, or lets say, inform you about problems.
BTW: Sky comedy (see log) was not working at all around 20:00 cet, 2 hours later it seems to work (with many freezers as all channels of SkyDE).
So of course customers are complaining, what do you expect ?
you might answer, that there is a new (3 month old) situation with SkyDE and you are working on it, but criticizing customers to mention that there is a (absolutely new) problem with some channels (not decoded at all) is for sure the wrong way of support - think about it ! The fact, that it was working around 22:00 again shows, that there was a problem at your server = no additional change of encryption and obviously you solved it - fine. But do not complain about customers mentioning the problems your server has, that is for sure the wrong way of support, especially in this case.
