I have not used my account for 10 or so days which means I have not been watching TV and the box was turned off.  Now its not going online. What is happening?
 
Username: phoboss


I have checked everything. Restarted router but it only keeps logging in and logging in.
The box is openbox x5HD.
NEed a quick solution.
IT is annoying,

I don't see that phoboss is connected to the server.

Check the following:
1.   Be sure that emulator is up and running.
2.   Check if your receiver is connected to internet.
3.   Be sure that LAN cable is connected to receiver and router.
4.   Reboot router.
5.   Be sure that in network connection sub-menu, correct nameserver (DNS) specified along with IP address, subnetwork mask and gateway. Typically, IP address is the same as gateway IP. Either, you may add 8.8.8.8 to DNS field.
6.   Compare sharing settings of the receiver with those provided in My subscription sub-menu. Be sure that emulator settings were not deleted.
7.   Be sure that register of letters is correct in LoGin and PasswOrD.
8.   Be sure that there is no extra spaces or symbols in sharing data received in the billing.
9.   Check if your IP address is banned by the server or not. For this purpose, run command line and type order "ping servername", instead of "servername" enter domain name of the server. If you get a response measured in milliseconds, it means that your IP address has not been banned by the server.

HI.

phoboss cant connect to the server. It was working before but now it is not working. it is trying to connect but no luck. receiver keeps logging in buit cant connect.

will do the instructions when I get home from work.

Still nothing.
I have pinged the servers and I am getting replies in ms. so I am not blacklisted.
I have pinged the ip address as well from the openbox. I have got repies
I copied the details of my subscription to a USB stick and I uploaded it to the receiver. I ticked it to activate but the only thing I can see is logging in then off line and the logging in then off line on both servers.
Nothing has changed since I turned the receiver off 2 weeks ago. It has stored all the settings. But since yesterday It is unable to connect to the servers.
I have double checked everything and there are no issues with the settings. The box can go to the internet got IP address I can ping my box with no errors.
I have changed the firmware to a cracked one but still nothing.
urgent help required please.

Can you login to the servers with my username and password?

Another isuue.
But its maybe not a big one.
I can see that my reciever is sending EMM even when this option is disabled.
What can I do against it?
Could it be my internet connection or something else need to look at?
