I bought the packet for 12 months just to get DR1 and DR2, and I now see they don't work. :(
Is there any way to get them?
I read in the topic "general information about the package" the following;
All the above sub-packages are now fully guaranteed except for Danish channels (may work and may not work - depends on load on the card).
Can I have my account locked to a special card?
Can I do anything in my mgcamd settings to get these channels?

We repeated a lot of times to our clients that before buying a full subscription (6 or 12 months), get at least 3 days paid test to check if everything is OK with the package...

2. You may ask refund by sending e-mail to Moderator of the server https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=11621.0 specifying the reason for your decision.

The reason I didn't do a test is that they worked perfectly before. But the last year I didn't have a subscription so I didn't know that these channels had stopped working.
- Can they start working in the future? And if so, how soon? (You mean that I should suspend the package until those channels start working?)
- Do they work on 0,8 degrees W with canal digital?

DR1 and DR2 are working from Viasat package (Sirius 5E)
DR1 HD, DR2 HD and DR3 HD are working from Canal Digital package (Thor 1W)
Delete these channels from your receiver and rescan all the channels again

Do you mean that DR1 HD and DR2 HD from canal digital (1 west) do work with your service?
DR1, DR 1 HD, DR2 and DR 2 HD are available on 5 degrees but the HD channels also don't work.
Also in the post https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=34646.0 (https://www.cardsharing.cc/index.php?topic=34646.0) it says that DR 2 is not guaranteed on 1 W.
I just want to be sure before buying a new LNB and changing my setup)

Moderator checked the channels by himself yesterday night. The information is provided by Moderator. I have no reason not to trust him. As I told you, you have to delete the existing channels from your receiver and rescan satellite again. Please consult the billing (www.cardsharingserver.com) which packages are coming from 1W and 5E.

Hi Suma.
Right now DR1 and DR2 on Sirius 4.8 are working.
I haven't really changed everything, so I really hope they will continue to work.
If you did something on the server then I really appreciate it..
