Hi,
I received a message today on my stats page :
Your receiver is sending requests to the server on multiple occasions. Most probably that ecm-timeout parameter of emulator is underrated. Set the value of 5000 milliseconds minimum as a time of server response. Violation of rule No.4
I have a feeling this was me messing around with the LAN streaming on my box, (streaming to another TV in the house) and possibly zapping too often? could that cause this problem?
I use cccam 2.3.0 and have no idea how to adjust the settings to reduce the timeout

Hi. My connection history is showing duplicate requests in violation of rule 4. but it explains how to fix it for mgcamd which I am not using.
I am using Freesat v7 HD and configured CCcam with a USB and put this line Disable EMM option.
Any advice. I dont want got banned.

I do not see Mgcamd in your statistics.
Your receiver is sending several requests to the server at a time. Most likely, that ecm-timeout parameter is too low in the emulator settings. Set the time of server response minimum 5000 ms and check again.

I upgrade freesat to newest firmware which fixing CW Checksum.

I do not know which line is available in your settings. If you have something different, delete it and add this particular line, as it is for Cccam emulator and Cccam protocol.

I use CCcam emulator and added from my subscription Settings for emulator CCCAM for Cccam protocol. One day works without any issue. Yesterday I checked connection history and saw violation.

Check Cccam version, must be 2.3.0. You told about Mgcamd in your statistics. Check if Mgcamd is installed in your receiver, and if so, you have to delete it and its settings. Server sees if something else is installed in your receiver. Otherwise, it wouldn't tell you in your statistics, that Mgcamd is installed. All the rest is correct in your settings.

I dont use mgcamd. The only reason I mention it it was that if someone use mgcamd there is explanation how to fix it.
In my statistic there is info about cccam
Connections by emulators:
13 - CCcam x.x.x

Hello I have a similar problem with rule 4 violation
Model Freesat v7 HD
protocol cccam: 2.1.9
I have the latest firmware for the receiver (no newer cccam version available). I copy/paste the cccam lines, incl. DISABLE EMM: yes
I don't want to violate rules, don't want to get banned. I have been using this receiver for over 3 years with cardsharingserver and this is the first time I have this warning. I just extented my subscription for antoher 12 months. Is there anyting I can do to avoid ban?
