Bis transponder change and scrambled channels

There's a few missing channels since the transponder change, e.g  CNEWS HD1 LCI. Please unlock these?

BIS channels are working for the last days. Provider is changing cards by replacing them with new ones. We have old cards, they will be expired very soon. Provider stopped supporting old cards.
