Due to me being English, and not being able to work out any of the other funding websites (all in Russian) it looks like I am going to have to find another supplier for Sky UK. It's a shame because I have always had a good service from this website

Moreover, Interkassa is working, I just transferred a test payment of 5USD to my balance. Transaction was successful!
