SKY SPORTS 1 HD NOT WORKING

I cannot get Sky Sport 1 HD to work.
I have updated my settings using Catseye latest. When that didn't work i did a manual scan on the Sky Sport 1 HD frequency and updated the bouquet.
I have also done a full manual sat scan just to be certain that the channel info is correct.
All the other HD channels on that Bouquet are working as are all other HD channels that i have tested.
The manual scan should have ensured that i have the correct channel settings but not working.

This has been a problem for at least a couple of weeks. I suspect there is some mismatch between the stored channel data and the channel you are decoding.

I am using Black Hole Universes feature where the system creates 3 additional user accounts where changes can be made without changing the original.
My original when installed a few weeks ago was working perfectly. Now when i switch back to the original it does not work so something outside my control has changed because my original installation was not changed.

Any Suggestions?

Hi Suma
I can see the ECM data for all HD channels by looking at Mgcamd data, but when i switch to Sky Sport 1 HD it says 'ecm info not available'.

All the other HD channels in the same bouquert as Sky Sport 1 are working. I cannot find another HD channel which is not working.

There must be 3 duplicates of the channel. Have you checked each of them?

I used a settings editor and changed the PID from 3802 to 3877 and channel works.
I think another viewer found the same problem and had to make the same change.

The channel which is added by default when a satellite scan is done is not the one you are using as default.

I assume that this applies to at least all VU+ users.

There is a list of SIDs that are NOT working... So, among 3 channels, as I think, you are ready to find out - which one SHALL work.

Guys, the channel is working.
Please don't make YOUR problems OUR problem. The question was asked to the Moderator as soon as it appeared on the forum. You were even provided with log-file. What else I can do for you? You were told that at the moment of the first post of casper
dated January 13, 2014, the channel was working, even 3 copies of the channel. We cannot provide you step-by-step giude how to amend thew issue, cause we are not specialists in VU+ or skybox receivers. You have different receivers, different software, different emulators, different settings. We cannot provide assistance to everybody, because there is a million of receivers, firmwares, etc etc etc etc
We provide you with the sharing option. How to set up your receiver and watch without problems - please find support forums of your receivers and ask your questions there. Sorry
