Due to http://www.ntvplus.ru/about/news.xl?id=26921, ADMINISTRATION took a decision to open access to Dom Kino and Telenyanya channels included in Tricolor package for all "36E NTV+ (Russia and Ukrain) HD + Tricolor TV" subscribers since since 07.09.2009. 
You can find these channels at 12190L SR 20000  FEC 3/4, Eutelsat W4  36.0°  Tricolor TV provider.
