Hello seems as from today those two channels Viasat Jalkapalo HD and Viasat Jaakiekko HD on 11278 v25000 on canal digital
stopped working can you please check?

Hello, any log-file? How I will explain Moderator that the channels are not working? Need log-file, anyway.

Why all the time that a few users are reporting  the same problem,moderator has to know all log files in order to act or to anwser?
Isn't more simple for someone to check and anwser if is a server problem, compairing to analyse all log files for all users?
Or is it an excuse in order to ignore many messages from users?

It is not possible to help you without all above. So, if you want the reply to arrive quickly, please provide as much information as possible.

Please be noted that all messages without signature and log-file are ignored

We have already discussed this issue that Moderator is not a 24-hour machine and he is not sitting 24 hours/day on the forum. When any message appears on the forum, admins are available to assist you. Before informing Moderator, admins are trying to check if there is really a problem on the server or whatever. But not all admins have an opportunity to check it immediately for many reasons - no satellite available, out of home, etc. etc. First, admins make sure that there is a problem with a package (channel). Now, imagine that your geographical location does not allow you to check the problem. Then? What will you do in this case? You need to prove that the package (channel) does not really work. How? Log-file. This is a file which helps to understand where is the problem - on the user's side or on the server's side. This is why we always ask our users to provide log-file to show that the problem really exists. If you do not provide any log-files, if I have no satellite tuned to Canal Digital or whatever, how I will check the problem? No way. I need to contact Moderator. Moderator is not a 24 hour/day machine, etc. Start reading from the beginning.
As for Moderator response, it was received at 3:47 (today's morning). Moderator was informed on the issue immediately after your first message appeared on the forum. Shall I hurry up the Moderator because user demysf522 has a problem? What do you think? Is that a global problem with the server or with the package?
Every issue needs time to get cleared. Remember it, please. Nothing on the forum is solved immediately.
The Moderator response to your question - he will check if provider has splitted the package into the smaller packages because even after card update, the channels are not decoded.
I hope, you received full answer to your question, and I also hope that everybody (including you personally) have patience to wait for more or less qualified reply.

I am a user of other sites of cardsharing as well ,and I can tell you that you are having
a good service and quick responce to the messages.

Same happened to me. Channels Viasat Urheilu HD, Viasat Jalkapallo HD and Viasat Jääkiekko HD are broadcasted in the same mux (Thor-satellite, Canal-Digital package, frequency 11278 MHz, polarisation V=Vertical, Symbol Rate = 25000 kilosymbols/second etc) . But only the first one (Urheilu) works at the moment. The last two channels of the mux (Jalkapallo and Jääkiekko) stopped working a week ago.
I have not changed my system at all. So highly impropable that problem is in my system.
User name: chtwtchr
Equipment: Spiderbox 9000 HD
Subscription: VIP All (expiring tomorrow)
Protocol: cccam
My receiver is a simple "basic box" which can not save any error messages.

Provider has splitted the package into several sub-packages. Moderator is now getting the information which particular channels have been separated and are now sold as separate sub-packages. Please be patient.

Hmm, I think that Canal Digital's "Viasat Urheilu" package includes all these channels: Viasat Urheilu HD, Viasat Jaakiekko HD, Viasat Jalkapallo HD, Viasat Fotboll HD, Viasat Hockey HD, Viasat Golf HD, Viasat Sport, Viasat Sport HD Premium

As I told below, Moderator is notified on the problem and he does not know what is the reason. He must check it out and notify us on the issue. At the moment, nobody knows what happened and why. You know, we must have some time to find out the reason.

Canal Digital Finland has start pairing Viasat channels. Only Viasat Urheilu works softcam. Same problem original card, only works canal digital own receiver or ci+ cam.
