We checked your efforts to pay through Free-Kassa. You even did not try to fill in the form of payment, incl. your first name, last name, etc.

We have contacted Free-Kassa support, they found 2 your efforts and told us that you have not filled in the required fields. How it is possible to pay without filling in the form? Or you think that payment is anonymous?

suma in all the time i have been using cardsharing which is years now i have never come across a problem like this not one of them are letting me transfer money and i have not missed anything off the forms regards adil

It seems Yandex cannot get money from visa/mastercard located in certain countries...Ireland seems to be one.

Why do you think that WE shall sort the problem? This is the problem of your card (credit or debit, i don't know). If I were you, I would have contact the Free-Kassa support and ask them- what is the limit of the card and why it has been exceeded?
We are not payment system, and are not going to sort out your personal payment problems.
Contact Free-Kassa support and ask them- what is the problem and how to solve it.

unfortunatly no billig system works. there's is no posibility to deposit any money.
I think and read, that many user have the same problem. I will contact free-kassa support, but I don't think this will solve the problem. even the link from your website to free-kasse is wrong and changes the billing system.
maybay you should have a look on it, I'm sure it is also in your mind that you will get some money, or am i wrong ...?

hello suma as you can see there is not only me having this problem everyone is and yes the person who has commented also is right the web dosent work so how do we sort this i think u should take a look at the payment page and see for you self lots of people having the same problem which as never happened before and my bank cards they is cash on all of them so this isnt the problem bahad

hello suma when u go on to the payment page an follow the the forms filling them out as you said ect......... then when u have put all details in and card details ect.... says that exceeded payment on card as all other useer have been saying dosnet allow u to refund accounts i have tryed all of them and nothing but as you can see not only me is commenting about problems with payments i have been trying to refund my account now for 3 days and its the same but the other user that have also commented is having the problem as i am so it isnt my card or it isnt that i am not filling in all the forms as you said so i dont know what to do now from here

i went to deposit and then the payment page comes up an i followed the instructions like i do for 3 years now but dosent all me to refund my account can you see the other user that have also messaged you with this same problem thank you

Moderator has also just contacted Free-Kassa tech.support. They told him something's wrong with Free-Kassa and ask everybody to wait until they fix the error.
